Farm was developed according to the BioGro Organic Certification Standard.

All our animals are treated in a humane and natural way.

We use no antibiotics or chemical drenches.

We only use natural organic and mineral fertilizers.

Animals are free to graze in large areas of the farms where we grow feed crops and provide shelter.

They are allowed to form natural social groups and display social interaction as they would in the wild.

We are committed to developing our business in a way that contributes to the collective good of our local and greater environment.

All pork is sourced from our organic farm. Ingredients in sausages and bacon and ham curing is not certified organic at this stage.

We are working on sourcing organic ingredients and a natural curing process as we grow and will update this site accordingly.
